Swindale 2024 - New Development

Tender description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of twenty two (22) no. units, being a mixture of one and two bed flats, two and three bed houses with associated car parking and landscaping. The existing structure has already been demolished. The time on site is anticipated to be 52 weeks, to start in April 2024. The successfully awarded Contractors will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract. Responses will only be accepted by return in this NEPO Portal and by the deadline stated. Tenderers must pay attention to the requirements as set out in the full Tender pack.
