Single Party Framework for the provision of Financial Advisory Services

Tender description

The Contracting Entity is seeking a suitably qualified service provider to provide Financial Advisory services to support new infrastructure of scale consistent with SFPC Vision 2041 Strategic Review. The following is a non exhaustive list of services required: ( full details are set out in the tender documents) • Review, validate and update if necessary the existing preliminary CBA carried out by the Company. The testing of its demand or revenue assumptions are particularly relevant • Undertake a high level socio economic CBA to identify the broader external benefits of implementing the growth drivers identified in the Vision 2041 Strategic Review associated with the aforementioned new port infrastructure • Update the funding strategy for the underlying infrastructure. • Identify the Government approvals required for the updated funding strategy • Directly support the Company with securing the relevant Government supports and approvals The Contracting Entity may use the framework agreement to acquire Funding Advisory Services and support for any other corporate, structuring or consultatory funding requirements that may arise over the period including but not limited to assistance in preparation of responses to National or European consultation processes, National and European grant or fund applications, future acquisitions, subsidiaries or joint ventures and approval processes regarding same.
