Tender description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is looking to engage with Apprenticeship providers that can deliver the Level 7 Senior People Professional Apprenticeship standard for potential delivery in Spring 2024. This programme is aimed at Senior HR professions/management roles (and above). The MoJ would like to hear from providers that can be adaptable in apprenticeship delivery. Providers must be able to deliver this apprenticeship across England, Scotland and Wales as a national supplier. Requirements The MoJ is looking for providers that can (subject to change): - Recognise previous and current experience and qualifications of the MoJ's HR community and work with the MoJ to identify exemptions to learning. - Deliver the apprenticeship standard in a more flexible timeframe than the current 3 years - ideally 24 months or under - Can offer CIPD accreditation as part of its delivery model. - Able to deliver the standard from Spring 2024 to approximately 10-15 learners per year (not guaranteed). - Offer a range of learning methods, i.e., face to face, virtual, online tutorials, webinars, subject matter reading, masterclasses etc. - Delivery across England, Scotland and Wales. The Training Package The apprenticeship standard is available on the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education website. Senior people professional / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Those organisations who feel they can meet the criteria and are interested in working with the MoJ in the future can express their interest (EOI) in this requirement using the Jaggaer sourcing portal. https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html Once in the portal look for PQQ_395 - Senior People Professional Apprenticeship Level 7 EOI. Within the EOI, please provide details on how your organisation could meet the MoJ's requirements. For any areas that are unachievable the MoJ would welcome the details for this to understand the market further. The submission should be no more than two pages (size 12 Arial font). Please note that this is NOT a tendering exercise, it is a market engagement exercise to gauge market interest and to engage with suppliers on this standard. The MoJ reserves the right not to tender after the EOI process has taken place. The MoJ is not/shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in participating in this market engagement exercise.
