Sea Road Pre Construction Service Agreement

Tender description

To work with the Authority's Design team to support and achieve RIBA Design Stage 4 for the Sea Road Building. Lot 1: The Consultant services will include but not be limited to the development of the structural design, foundation design, substructure and superstructure, architectural, interior and exterior design including external cladding, staircases, internal partitions, fittings, finishes. Undertaking surveys / site investigations including trial pits and progression of Utility quotations for new building supplies, Development of all mechanical and electrical designs to RIBA Stage 3 . Appointment of a Fire consultant to develop reports to RIBA Stage 4 to be continued through further appointment post PCSA. Additional information: This contract has been awarded via the Pagabo - National Framework for Medium Works 23, using the direct award process. Upon completion of this contract, the Authority may choose to award the construction works to the same supplier through the framework referenced in this notice.
