Tender description

Pioneer Culvert is located on the River Brun which flows through the Council's Pioneer Car Park, in Burnley town centre, BB11 1BB. The Council requires a written structural report, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the culvert and its vehicular load-carrying capacity. In addition, the report should identify, describe and quantify any recommended inspection and maintenance requirements over the next 10 years.
