Open Framework for Skills Development for Hampshire 2023-2033

Tender description

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to apply to our Open Framework for Skills Development for Hampshire 2023-2033. This Open Framework is to and support the delivery of training and skills development activities and initiatives to residents and businesses across the entire county of Hampshire including Southampton, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. Delivery may also be required in Counties bordering Hampshire (i.e. Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex). The Council is seeking training delivery partners across all sectors including public sector educational establishments, private sector, voluntary/community sector and Employer Representative Groups. The framework aims to create a network of potential Partners/Suppliers to deliver innovative skills-based initiatives/bids at speed, for example but not limited to Skills Bootcamps, Multiply or sector-based pre-employment programmes.<br /><br />The Framework is open immediately for applications and will be open for a period of 10 years. Applications can be submitted at any time for the entire lifetime of the Open Framework until 31st July 2033. <br /><br />Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested.<br /><br />How to obtain the Tender Documents<br />The Tender documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting 'Tenders' then 'Current Tenders' & ‘View Details’ on the relevant tender advert and clicking the ‘Express Interest’ tab. Once in the tender there are five tabs – ‘Tender’, ‘ITT – documents’, ‘Correspondence’, ‘Clarifications’ and ‘History’. Select the 2nd tab (ITT- documents) where you will find useful information under ‘Tender Details’ continue to scroll down to the heading ‘Tender Documents Received’ where you will be able to view / download the documents.<br /><br />Please download all the documents and read very carefully.<br />Please note you are required to ‘Opt In’ before you can access the ‘My tender Return’ to start populating your response & view the questionnaires.<br /><br />Lot Status Submitting and Opting Out<br />Please click on the 'No' button to opt out of the lots you do not wish to apply for. PLEASE NOTE YOU CAN ONLY APPLY FOR ONE LOT.<br /><br />The functionality to select 'Yes' or 'No' i.e., opt in or out of the different lots will be available throughout the duration of the tender process. <br /><br />If circumstances change you can choose to select 'Yes' i.e., opt in at any time during the tender process if you initially decided to select 'No' for a lot.<br /><br />Further Guidance<br />In addition, guidance on how to participate in a tender – download and upload documents / returns and if required, register your company (free of charge), can be found on the In-tend site under the ‘Help’ or ‘Information for Suppliers’ buttons.<br /><br />Receiving Notification Emails<br />To ensure you receive email alerts and notifications from our system, please add the email domain '@in-tendorganiser.co.uk' to your Safe Senders list.<br />
