Laois County Council, in partnership with Downtown Portlaoise, is seeking submissions, for design, supply, installation and operation of a Laneway Enhancement Project. The project relates to three lanes, located in Portlaoise Town Centre, as follows: 1. Bull Lane, 2. Lyster Lane, 3. Pepper’s Lane.
