Kirklees Council require fire risk assessments for approximately 8 sites as required by the Regulatory (Reform) Fire Safety Order (2005) to identify the fire safety deficiencies requiring attention for each site, so that all relevant persons and the premises themselves are safe, so far as is reasonably practicable, from the effects of fire.
