Tender description
To provide an Assist Managed Service providing day to day administration management of the Library Management System remotely. It will undertake a complete system health check at the commencement of the service. This will identify where improvements can be made immediately, and also, with Customer approval, recommended actions. Then, as an ongoing process they will undertake all system administration service requests and regular system housekeeping activities as and when required, keeping you updated.
