Gentoo Group is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Providers in relation to entering into a four-year framework agreement to provide various works and services within the geographical management area of the City of Sunderland, Houghton/Hetton and Washington. The Framework will be structured as follows Lot 1 - Mechanical Services. Plant Room refurbishments; Communal boiler replacements Lot 2 - Electrical Services. Communal rewires; Lighting replacements; Fire alarm replacements; Emergency lighting replacements; Storage heater replacements; non-domestic electrical services Lot 1: Lot 1 - Mechanical Services Mechanical Services including but not limited to • Plant room refurbishments; • communal boiler replacements and associated activities Additional information: Framework Period 48 Months. The Authority seeks to appoint up to 4 Suppliers able to provide the requirements covered by this lot. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Electrical Services Electrical Services including but not limited to • Communal rewires • Lighting replacements • Fire Alarm replacements • Emergency Lighting replacements • Storage heater replacements • Non Domestic electrical services and associated activities Additional information: Framework Period 48 Months.
