Tender description

The client will award a Contract for Exploring Social Housing Allocations in Wales Research. The client will award a 12 month Contract for the delivery of the services as described in the Specification. For information purposes the potential value of the Contract is estimated to be between GBP 55,000 and 60,000 exc. VAT. This research will build on the existing work detailed in the specification and develop a further understanding of social housing allocations in Wales and some of the longer-term challenges to be addressed by developing a further understanding of the processes involved and identify good practice. It will provide a quantitative baseline for social housing allocations in Wales, supplementing the qualitative understanding of short-term need in relation to social housing in Wales.
