We are hosting a Market Engagement Event, for the below on 30th November, 1:30pm - 3pm via Microsoft Teams We are looking to engage the market to seek interest in providing care and support for 3 people who are currently in hospital but are ready to start their move into their own homes in the local community. We welcome providers who support people with complex learning disabilities, Autism, or both. We are particularly interested in providers with the skilled staff team and experience of supporting people who have been discharged from long stay hospitals or residential institutions and those providers who have supported people with a history of repeated readmission to hospital to successfully live in the community.
