Digital software for NHS Health Checks delivered in GP surgeries in Medway

Tender description

Medway Council Public Health team are seeking a suitably experienced and competent software providers who can deliver a fully integrated NHS Health Check Software package. This will involve the ability to capture and link data through the NHS Health Check process ensuring associated pathways and data transfers take place legally and efficiently. Any bidder must be able to demonstrate they have successfully delivered the NHS Health Check Software previously. The Contract is anticipated to commence on 01/04/2024 and will continue for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
