Construction and Delivery of Cromcastle Project Housing Development (Pro146)

Tender description

Cromcastle Project housing development (the “Cromcastle Project”) is a key strategic development located on Oscar Traynor Road, Dublin 5, Ireland and forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordable sale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The Works Contractor shall enter into the Works Contract directly with the Contracting Authority to deliver the Cromcaslte Project pursuant to a Design by Employer contract. The Development consists of 146 no. apartment units and 2 no. community/cultural units. The Development will be contained in 3 no. blocks ranging in height from 3 to 8 storeys (including semi-basement/podium). Refer to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for further information.
