City of London Boys School – Catering & UKPN Upgrade Works

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision Catering and UKPN upgrade works at the City of London Boys school. Works are to include City of London School catering facilities upgrade, with works elements comprising of strip out/demolition, internal finishes, fittings, furnishings & equipment, services, builders work in connection with services, UKPN substation, and fireproofing to improve the Kitchen and Canteen facilities. This will be a Design & Build (Single) Stage procurement using Design & Build JCT 2016 (Single Stage). The Insurance requirement for this project will be: • Contractor All Risks to cover the cost of the works as a minimum • Employers Liability not less than £10m each and every claim • Public and Products Liability not less than £50m • Professional Indemnity of not less than £5m
