The nature of the services to assist the development of a new accommodation strategy and decision support on specific locations, is strategic business advisory services, comprising: - Accommodation strategy including workplace strategy and analytics - Business case development (HMT/ Homes England/ DLUHC compliant) - Location and commute analysis - Workplace BI dashboards - Communications and business engagement support - Workplace change management - Financial modelling - Market and commercial advice - Programme management support including risk management, issue management, programming, dependency management, risk register administration, information management, highlight reporting - Board reporting - Technical property advice to support building suitability and cost estimates and the performance of our portfolio e.g. building surveying, cost consulting, design and test fits, project management, commercial advice)
