Tender description
To carry out refurbishment works externally which will prevent further water ingress into the building through the rooflights and masonry elevation. The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option A: Priced Contract with Activity Schedule, June 2017. Conditions of Contract are the core clauses for main Option A, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, X4, X7, X13, X15, X16, X20 Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses. Full details of the works are contained in Volumes 1 – 5.
