Tender description

Network Rail is required to manage its building and civil assets in a safe manner while delivering value for money. As a result of this, Network Rail Eastern Region seeks to establish a framework for Reactive and Small Scheme works whose purpose is be the procurement vehicle to be used for prompt delivery of CP7 objectives. The Reactive and Small Schemes framework will seek to promote productivity and collaboration while delivering efficiencies through innovation and relationship-based contracting. This Pre-qualification event is intended to select Contractors that will be invited to tender for delivery of reactive and small scheme works for building and civil assets across the NR Eastern Region under the framework. The framework will comprise of four (4) Lots namely: ▪ Lot 1 - Civil Assets (North &East, East Cost & East Midlands Routes) ▪ Lot 2 - Civil Assets (Anglia Route) ▪ Lot 3 - Building Assets (North &East, East Cost & East Midlands Routes) ▪ Lot 4 - Building Assets (Anglia) The initial term of the framework will be 5 years with an option to extend for a further two periods of one year each.
