Track Maintenance across all NTL depot and outstations inline with Network Rail Line Standard RT/CE/S/037 Lot 1: This work consists of routine track patrol Inspections every two weeks for each depot location specified including routine Day to Day track maintenance work in line with Network Rail Line Standard RT/CE/S/037. From here the works are categorized into the following; 1. Planned track maintenance renewals (Planned Maintenance Works) 2. Track Maintenance Work Repairs Arising (Unscheduled Repairs) To capture the planned and unscheduled repairs and the live state of the track reporting is then provided which covers the following; 1. An Updated Track Condition Report each quarter 2. An Annual Track Maintenance Report
