Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to deliver a new changing places facilities and public toilet improvements in line with a Performance Specification under a JCT 2016 Minor Works Contract with Contractors Design at Maylord Orchard Shopping Centre, Hereford. As part of a wider rejuvenation programme of capital works the proposed project will seek to modernise the Maylord Orchards ground floor toilet area to a more inclusive and diverse offer.\r \r All works are required to be completed by 1st February 2024 to satisfy the terms of the grant funding. \r Additional information: Herefordshire Council has published this contract opportunity on the 'Supplying the Southwest Portal'.
