Tender description
The aim of the study is to undertake an energy mapping study of the Areas of Interest (AOIs) to identify current and projected heating, cooling, and power demand loads, and heat supply opportunities for the purposes of heat network scheme development. The outputs of this energy mapping exercise will inform the development of an energy masterplan for the proposed area encompassing the short and long term, which identifies, evaluates, and prioritises potential heat network opportunities. From this, one or more schemes showing the greatest potential will be identified and fully modelled with recommendations for potential phasing, timeline, key dependencies, and constraints.
