This annual license provides support and the permission to use the ScholarPack School information management system. This product is currently used by 28 Schools within the East Riding Additional information: This annual license provides support and the permission to use the ScholarPack School information management system. - This product is currently used by 28 Schools within the East Riding. - There is no other supplier that can provide this license for software support and entitlement as it is purchased directly from the software manufacturer. - Not having support will expose both schools and the Council to risks. If a fault develops, neither the school nor the Council may be able to use the system or recover data stored in the system. - Not having the appropriate entitlement in place will expose both the Council and schools to a legal challenge from the supplier. - This product is sold, installed and supported by the East Riding Schools Team when a School purchases an SLA with them. - The annual licence is purchased by the Council on behalf of the schools and this is subsequently recharged to the individual schools through their SLA
