Tender description
BIM wishes to invite tenders for the provision of event management and associated activities for public outreach activities as outlined below. The primary purpose of this tender is to enable BIM to secure the services of a suitably experienced and expert event management service provider to support the delivery of a range of outreach activities around Ireland (but mainly along the western seaboard). The events will range from ad hoc activities such as photocalls for press launches to sustained regional or local information, demonstration and interpretive campaigns and activities. Please refer to the enclosed Request for Tender (RFT) document for further information.
