The scope of this survey is currently being developed. • Archaeological field investigation and report of the Sutton site. The scope of this investigation is currently being developed. • Hydrological investigation and report of the Sutton scheme and site to determine water need and availability and supply options. The scope of this investigation is currently being developed. • Help us develop the tender invitation pack for the Design & Build contractor appointment. This is envisaged to include production of the PCI and technical specifications for pricing based on the outline design. The following item may be added to the contract if the Design & Build Contractor is unable to complete the task: • Based on the detailed design for Sutton produce reports such as an EIA, Habitat Regulations Assessment, and flood risk assessment that will support the applications for necessary consents.
