Tender description

We are seeking to appoint up to 3 Roofing contractors to provide a support service for our DLO in the North West. This opportunity will be ideally suited but not restricted to SMEs with an intimate knowledge of the North Lakes area and able to provide a reactive service for one of the countries largest providers of social housing. The contract will be awarded on a 2+1+1 basis commencing 24th March 2024. Owing to the reactive nature of this work it is difficult to forecast volumes, however, our current service provider advises that annual spend on reactive roofing in in the order of £150k.
