Managed Services - Reaching 100% Programme

Tender description

The Scottish Government has set out a clear commitment that every home and business across Scotland should be able to access superfast broadband. This commitment resulted in the Reaching 100% programme (R100), which comprises public investment through three regional contracts alongside a voucher scheme. To procure the main R100 contracts, Scotland was split into three geographical Lots – the North, Central and South. The R100 programme team will manage the three contracts and the SBVS – all of which will run for a number of years. The scale of the task will require some flexibility in-life to ensure that there is sufficient capacity within and across the team to deliver the various objectives associated with the different elements of the programme. The structure of the Programme Team is now established and key appointments have been made to fill the Programme and Commercial Director roles, along with a number of other senior positions.
