Maintenance and Fabrication Framework 2024

Tender description

Dublin Bus wishes to establish a maintenance contract with a Mechanical Contractor to carry out repair and maintenance of the mechanical systems at each of its facilities which consists of sixteen locations throughout Dublin City and County. Dublin Bus wishes to establish a contract, which will provide ongoing basic maintenance and repair work at all Dublin Bus locations. There will be 2 lots under this tender. the framework will be for 3 years, with a possibility of one 12 month contract extension. Lot 1 will account for the majority of the work; mechanical maintenance (and related fabrication) of all facilities and small new installations (value less than 10000 EUR ex VAT). This will be a direct award contract to the successful contractor. Lot 2 will be for larger new installations or fabrication (value greater than 10000 EUR ex VAT) It is intended to form a framework and run mini competitions for tasks in this category.
