Tender description

The Contractor shall undertake an audit of each scheme, review the existing risk assessments, advise on its adequacy and confirm that the system is being suitably managed and that the current controls should be maintained. If the current controls are found to be insufficient or not to have been fully implemented, the Contractor should provide report with a recommendation on any necessary remedial actions. The Contractor will ensure that all information gathered during the inspection is formulated in a standard manner to all properties. Monitoring, control and preventative works schedules are to be scheduled and completed in accordance with HSG 274 Part 2 on a monthly, 3-monthly, 6- monthly and 12-monthly basis Keywords: Compliance, Legionella
