Tender description

To produce a comparative summary analysis of local population trends in Edinburgh and comparable Nordic cities, examining similarities and differences in their experience of ‘rapid localised population growth’; and to gain a detailed understanding of approaches taken to respond to/address this phenomenon in the Nordics, drawing out learning that might be applicable to the Scottish context (and vice versa). Research and analysis exploring the phenomenon of, and policy responses to ‘rapid localised population growth’ in Scotland and in the Nordics.
