Tender description

The project, in general, will comprise of major structural alterations to the changing room area along with roof repairs, boiler plant replacement and partial rewire works. Areas of the building will remain operational including the community gym facility and also the external 3G football pitches. Temporary connections will be required to maintain power to 3G floodlighting and facility. Full details are included in the ITT and associated documents contained in the project's Supplier's Attachment Area in the PCS-t portal. Renfrewshire Council is conducting this procurement in line with a below Regulated Threshold Open tender procedure relating to a Works contract in accordance with Renfrewshire Council’s Standing Orders Relating to Contracts. The Date for Possession of the Site is 30th October 2023 and the Date for completion of the Works 21st April 2024. The actual dates will be confirmed in the Letter of Acceptance. The form of contract is the SBCC Standard Building Contract with Quantities 2011 Edition supplemented and amended by the Employer's Amendments.
