Evaluation Consultant - Crystal Palace Park

Tender description

This scope of work for an Evaluation Consultant / Consultancy is split into two project phases: the Development and Delivery Phases of Restoring the heritage of the iconic Crystal Palace Park for All. An evaluation framework will need to cover all aspects of the project, capital works, interpretation, activities, volunteering, training, fundraising, and project management. The overall purpose of the evaluation is to: -Monitor progress, tracking how the project is doing in relation to outputs and targets - measures of success - Measure outcomes during the project, assessing what impact it is having on heritage, people and communities - Reflect on the process and practice, learning lessons which can improve outputs and outcomes during the project and be transferred to other projects.
