Design and Construction of The Donore Project Housing Development

Tender description

The Donore Project housing development is a key strategic development located on the former St Teresa’s Gardens, Donore Avenue, Dublin 8, Ireland and forms part of current and future programmes of work to be undertaken by the Contracting Authority to develop affordable sale, cost rental and social housing and apartments. The Works Contractor shall enter into the Works Contract directly with the Contracting Authority to deliver the project as a Design and Build contract.
