Construct new access road at Solent Airport, Fareham, Hants

Tender description

Construct new infrastructure to enable plot development including new access road, S278 junction, drainage and ancillary works to plans and specification prepared by Consultants on behalf of Fareham Borough Council. The Works are anticipated to include: • S278 works to create new junction with Daedalus Drive • Approximately 100 m of new road with access to development plot • Storm drainage including attenuation tank and connection to existing storm drainage in highway • Foul drainage and connection to existing drainage in highway • Utilities connections for potable water and Telecoms • Ancillary demolition works of existing airport taxiway • Construction of new grasscrete type taxiway approximately 80 m long Keywords: road, civil, construction
