Tender description
The Council wish to purchase a modular unit to replace the current public toilets in Cattle Market Car Park, Wallingford. The new building must be installed and ready for use by 1st March 2024. This is to allow the Council to meet its grant conditions from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. This is a non-negotiable condition that contractor must be able to meet. This date has been set to allow the council sufficient time to register the facility on the Changing Places web site. The terms and conditions set within the grant, stipulates that the Changing Places facility must be registered on the Changing Places website and operational by the 31 March 2024, for funding be released.
