Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC), is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake concrete repairs and associated works to 19 blocks low rise flats on North Street, Clay Cross, S45 9PP, within North East Derbyshire. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated works, associated with the installation/repairs designed. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated repairs/works. RHL will be seeking to appoint the to the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer (under CDM Regulations 2015) for the duration of the works.
