Tender description

The Contracting Authority London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to secure a new operator to undertake a 10 year operation and maintenance lease (with an option to extend for a additional 5 years for a maximum duration of 15 years) for the ArcelorMittal Orbit (AMO) located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. The estimated total value based on how the AMO operated and is maintained today across the maximum lease duration of 15 years is £22,500,000. Dependent on proposed future use of the AMO (which is subject to regulatory approvals) the estimated total value across the maximum lease duration of 15 years is £30,000,000.
