The scope of the works relates to Second floor Toilet Refurbishment at Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP The works are: Alterations works to form one new Doc M accessible toilet and the refurbishment of two sets of Male and Female staff toilets located at either end of the second floor at Borough Hall. Removal of existing non-loadbearing masonry walls to form a new lobby and accessible Doc M toilet and making good. Installation of new partition walls. Remove and replace existing cubicles, vanity units and sanitary ware. Make good & redecoration. Remove and replace existing ceiling tiles
