Tender description

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply & delivery of various types of material used in highway construction and maintenance. The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 16th October 2023 and expire 15th October 2025. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is 4 years. The value is based on the full 5 years The framework will be divided into three lots Lot 1 - Highway Products Lot 2 - Packed Highway Products Lot 3 -Concrete
