Tender description

The Defence Nuclear Enterprise (DNE) People and Skills Transformation Programme was established to retain the current work force with the MoD and DNE and also inspire and attract the next generation to the workforce. The DNE need a clear understanding of the workforce (including industry) through a DNE Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP) with appropriate interventions, which support coherent management information that enables intelligent decision making Please see the attachments for the RFI and associated procurement.
