Tender description

The primary purpose of this project is to help to establish an evidence-based rationale to underpin the choice of materials that will be modulated upwards (receive higher fees) in the first year which this will be applied under the packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) scheme. This project will also inform the broader list of packaging reporting materials which Government is planning to publish over summer 2023. This contract was awarded by DEFRA.
