Provision of Programme Management and Quantity Surveying Services for SEAI's Non-Domestic Retrofit Programmes

Tender description

The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Programme Management and Quantity Surveying Services for SEAI’s Non-Domestic Retrofit Programmes. The appointed service providers will be required to assist in delivering technical support, research, analysis, development of technical guides, templates and tools, advice and recommendations across SEAI’s Business and Public Sector Programmes but are expected to be heavily focused on the Project Support Unit (Public Sector Retrofit - Partnerships with large public authorities (Health Service Executive, Schools, Higher Education, Office of Public Works, Local Authorities, Defence) and Commercial Retrofit Programmes.
