Provision of Children and Young People's Early Intervention and Targeted Support Mental Health Service

Tender description

NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board are seeking to commission a Children and Young People's Early Intervention and Targeted Support Mental Health Service. NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an Open process. The contract will commence 1st June 2024. The maximum contract value available is £1,100,000 per annum prorated. The contract value for the initial 2 years and 7-month period is a maximum of £2,841,666, with the Commissioner having the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (subject to DDICB funding approval for any extension period). This is based on the current NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB for the financial year 2023/24 plan. No bids over £1,100,000 per annum prorated will be accepted.
