Preliminary Market Consultation - Request for further information for the supply, implementation and support of a Legislative Drafting, Amending and Publishing System - Reachtra

The Houses of the Oireachtas Service and the Office of the Attorney General (HOS/AGO) intend to engage in a joint procurement process for the supply, implementation and support of a software system for authoring, amending and publishing legislation (the Solution). As part of the process, the HOS/AGO is issuing this Request for Information and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This consultation follows on from, and builds on, a consultation carried out in September 2022. It seeks further information from the market in relation to intellectual property, data protection, hosting, technology stacks, indicative effort and insurance. It is envisaged that the feedback garnered as part of this consultation will inform certain aspects of the proposed approach that the HOS/AGO will take in tendering for this Solution.
