Tender description

Vale of White Horse District Council (the “Council”) is seeking to award a Contract for the refurbishment of two car parks at Portway in Wantage and Cattlemarket in Abingdon. These works are to incorporate sustainable drainage into the car parks as well as to improve the layout and surface finishes. The project is a partnership project with Thames Water with the aim to reduce the amount of surface water flow entering the public sewer. In general, surface water attenuation will be provided in a variety of rain gardens, porous paving and swales with proposals as identified in the engineering specification and drawings.
