Tender description
The current supplier for maintenance of all mechanical and engineering systems at the BE Tallinn building had been providing the services for a number of years, since the establishment of the BE in Tallinn. The relationship with the current contractor is good and Post is satisfied with the current arrangement, however the market in Estonia has changed and a few more potential suppliers with a capability to provide required services appeared on the market. Post decided to research the market and after careful evaluation of scope, go to tender.
