Tender description
The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine requires a contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs including emergency callouts and training for its fire safety systems. The contract covers 4 buildings in Bloomsbury: the main LSHTM building in Keppel Street, 20 Bloomsbury Place and two buildings in Tavistock Place. The systems covered are Autronica Autromaster and C-Tech, with equipment including fire curtains, sprinkler systems , dry riser servicing, fire dampers, AOV’s along with all devices connected to the fire panels, relays, beam detectors, smoke & heat heads Lot 1: Fire systems maintenance
