Electronic Monitoring - MDSS contract

Tender description

MDSS procurement included monitoring device related functions this included: the provision of all monitoring devices (location monitoring, radio frequency, alcohol monitoring and non-fitted devices) based on demand; and the systems and functions underpinning the delivery of the devices, including mobile network provision. This service is provided across England and Wales but with some limited service provision in Northern Ireland and Scotland. Although the MoJ is the contracting authority for the procurement of MDSS and will be the contracting counterparty for MDSS, it intends to allow other government departments and arms-length bodies to have access to MDSS via its contract as service recipients who may add further service required The contract for Electronic Monitoring - MDSS services have been awarded and this procurement is now closed The contract has been awarded to G4S Monitoring Technologies
