BE23185 - Subscription Services for Market Insight relating to the Power Sector

The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) are interested to procure a subscription to provide market insight across a range of sectors, outlined below starting in April 2024 (estimated). Market insight areas include but not limited to Great Britain (GB) Power Price Projections, GB Energy Market Insights, European Energy Market Insights and Hydrogen. At this stage, the Department is conducting an expression of interest to gain a further understanding of the market. All interested suppliers are to review the expression of interest document attached to this notice and provide their response to FMprocurement@uksbs.co.uk no later than Tuesday, 14th November at 4pm. For the avoidance of doubt, this is not a call for competition. This notice has been issued as part of early market engagement for the market to express their interest in supplying this requirement. Not registering an interest shall not prevent any supplier participating in a future procurement if this route is proceeded with, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the expression of interest shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process.
