#32870 - W&W Reactive & Minor Works (RMW) Framework

Tender description

The Wales & Western region wishes to procure a new Reactive & Minor Works (RMW) framework for CP7 and will replace the CP6 reactive Buildings & Civils framework New framework key points >Operates with four lots, with one contractor per lot. >Operates for 5 years with options to extend by a further 3x1 year increments. >Total combined spend across all lots is limited to £750million. Network Rail owns (and operates) stations, lineside buildings and other operational property from which it manages its rail infrastructure and provides services and facilities to train operating companies, retail tenants and direct to rail customers. Network Rail owns and manages the rail infrastructure and its supporting assets, including bridges, tunnels, culverts, earthworks and the like. Network Rail maintains, repairs and renews these properties, their plant and building services, civils assets, and all associated works. Network Rail may also undertake the following requirements through this framework. >Maintenance – planned, unplanned, and cyclical. >Projects Works – for example, refurbishment or adaptation of a building or structure. >The framework may also be used by our Regional Industry Partners.
