The Supply of a Modular Ward Building for Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to award a contract for the rental of a 16-bed modular ward facility. The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing the required facility to the Contracting Authority in a ‘turnkey’ condition, with all fittings and finishes provided. Taking into account the detailed specification of requirements contained in the Invitation to Tender documents, tenderers are required to respond with complete design proposals, including all relevant plans and drawings. Following the award of this contract, the Contracting Authority and the successful tenderer shall engage in a brief design finalisation exercise, whereby the successful tenderer’s proposed design may be refined and amended (without any material alteration). Thereafter, the successful tenderer shall be responsible for the delivery of the required facility.
